Description :

Jeevan Pramaan is a biometric enabled Aadhaar-based Digital Life Certificate for pensioners. Jeevan Pramaan i.e DLC is generated for individual pensioner using his/her Aadhaar number and Biometrics. As a Digital India initiative to facilitate Pensioners, Ministry ofElectronics & Information Technology (MeitY) has launched Jeevan Pramaan portal. Now the pensioner need not visit office of Disbursing Agency for physical submission of Life Certificate and may use the Aadhaar enabled Biometric authentication mechanism to generate Digital Life Certificate.

Eligibility:

• Should be a pensioner.
• Should have a valid Aadhaar number.
• Should be a retired government employee (Central Government, State Government or other Government Institutions).

Documents Required:

• Scanned Copy of Aadhar Card /Driving License /Pan Card /Ration Card.
• Name of the pensioner
• PPO number.
• Bank passbook
• Pension type
• Mobile Number and self declared Pension Related Information .
• Disability Certificate (if any).
• Fingerprint
